Just like last year, we’ll be using both the White Pine Ballroom and the Fallen Timbers as exhibit spaces.

- Early Bird Pricing: Secure your table by January 15th to lock in 2025 rates. After this date, table prices will increase by $25. Payment must be received by January 15, 2026, to qualify for the Early Bird rate.

Due to continued high demand, this year’s show will once again feature two main exhibit floors — the White Pine Ballroom and Fallen Timbers.
We’ve made several updates to the Fallen Timbers layout based on last year’s feedback, ensuring a smoother flow and improved visibility for all exhibitors.
Please note: Exhibitors assigned to Fallen Timbers must complete setup on show day between 7:00–10:00 AM.
We’ll ensure all distributors and guests visit both exhibit floors throughout the event.
This is a client-friendly show. Please do not display business cards or net pricing at your table.
