Carolinas Client Connection 2026 is heading to Concord, NC on October 6 and Durham, NC on October 7. Our Traveling Client Friendly Showcase gives you the opportunity to access the industry's top suppliers and latest promotional products near you.

Distributors will have the opportunity to invite their clients to walk the show floor in both locations while educating their clients about new products, exchanging ideas for the gifting season and building a stronger relationship.

Parking is easy! Please park in the gravel lot located directly across the street from the stadium. We'll have an A-frame sign with the event logo at the entrance to help guide you. Once you've parked, simply head to the main stadium gates to enter the event. We look forward to seeing you there!

How to Invite and Register your Clients:

2. Download the template to gather your client names as they RSVP Here.

3. Email your final list to Eliana@caampers.org by September 25 (please do not send PDFs). She will complete the registration for you. An invoice will be emailed to you.
After September 25 – on-site registration will be required.
