SET UP and LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT INFORMATION *Venues do not have any DOLLIES - We will have two small dollies to share.*SC Set up begins at 2 pm 8 pm on Tuesday, Sept. 17th and Wednesday, Sept. 18th at 7:00 am. The show floor opens to distributors and end-users at 10:00 am and closes at 2:00 pm. Load-In and Load-Out - Use the loading dock with 2 large rolls up doors for load-in and load-out. There’s a ramp and dock area for a semi or boxed trucks as well down the main entrance to the left and the back to the building. Note- The doors can remain open for 10 minutes before the A/c will be affected. It’s a big space and can take a long time to heat up or cool off. The doors can be open as long as you need to load in but after 10 minutes, the venue will switch to fans instead of A/C to preserve our HVAC system. NC Set up begins at 6:30 am Thursday Sept. 19th. The show floor opens to distributors and end-users at 10:00 am and closes at 2:00 pm. MUST BE OUT BY 3PM - Please let Eliana know if you will need help Setting up and/or breaking down. Unfortunately we will not be able to set-up the night before. Load-In and Load-Out - Vendors will enter the Stadium West Parking Lot via Gate C. Once inside of Gate C they can park anywhere they like. They will enter the Stadium through Gate 4. QR code - Stadium West Parking lot off of Trinity Road (also known as Parking Gate C). Once you arrive you may park anywhere. We will be entering through Gate 4 of the stadium.
