SET UP and LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT INFORMATION

Due to continued high demand, this year’s show will once again feature two main exhibit floors — the White Pine Ballroom and Fallen Timbers. We’ve also made several updates to the Fallen Timbers layout based on last year’s feedback.

Exhibitors assigned to Fallen Timbers must complete setup on show day between 7:00–10:00 AM.

We will ensure all distributors and guests visit both exhibit floors throughout the event.

Set up -

Exhibitors inside White Pine Ballroom: 03/25 - 12 pm - 5:30 pm and 03/20 at 7:00 am. 

Exhibitors inside Fallen Timbers: 03/26 starting at 7:00  am

*The show floor opens to distributors and end-users at 10:00 am and closes at 1:30 pm. 

Load-In and Load-Out - Exhibitors can park and unload and load through the conference center entrance which is located to the left hand side of the lodge.

PARKING

Parking is fully covered by CAAMP, but you must follow the gate process:

1. Pull a ticket when you enter the parking lot. Keep this ticket.

2. You will receive a QR Code validation coupon to use when exiting.

3. When exiting:

   • Scan your original parking ticket, then

   • Scan your QR Code coupon for free validation.

4. The gate arm will open and you may exit.
